A diet analysis is completed for every new patient who walks in through my door.
I do this by taking 7 day diet diary and breaking down the following daily averages:
- Caloric intake
- Good & bad fats and cholesterol
- And specific micronutrients
From this, you will be given:
- A summary of your results
- The goals that you should be aiming for based on your medical history and health goals
- And the dietary recommendations for you to achieve these goals
Many of my patients are super busy professionals who are trying to balance their busy careers, live a healthy lifestyle and maintain their relationships with family and friends. This doesn’t leave much room for thinking about or creating healthy meals on a daily basis!
When you decide to invest in your health and make your kitchen an easier place to be, you will be given the following:
- A shopping list of everything that you will need for the duration of your meal plan
- A customized meal plan based your medical history, health goals, family size and dietary preferences.
- A recipe for every meal that comes with large beautiful photos because we all know that the photos are key to any “cookbook”!
