My last day at Kinective Health will be on Mon Dec 15 2025
This means that you will have the following 3 options:
Option #1:
I’d love for us to continue working together virtually or in-person if you’d like to make the trip into South Etobicoke.
If you’d like to continue forward together, please follow the link below so that I can send you a link to log into your new Patient Portal account where you can access my new online calendar and all future Treatment Plans and appointment invoices.
Option #2:
I fully understand if the distance to the westend of Toronto is too far for you.
If you prefer to stay with Kinective Health, please follow the link below so that I can help you make your transition over to your new Kinective ND as smooth as possible and transfer your patient file over so that she will become the custodian of your patient records moving forward.
Option #3:
Please know that there is absolutely no pressure for you to follow me to my next clinic or to stay with Kinective Health.
