How Are You Doing?

An awesome lady I know posted this on her IG and I loved the idea, so I’m stealing it (with her permission!)

I know that all of us are reeling and coping as best that we can with our “new normal” these days. Now that the dust has settled a little bit, how are you doing?

❤️ I’m doing great
💜 I’m okay
💛 I’m meh
🧡 I’m very worried/anxious
💚 I’m exhausted
💙 I’m struggling because things are tough
💔 I’m having a hard time and wouldn’t mind if someone reached out to me
🖤 I’m in a really dark place

I know that we are all practicing safe physical distancing, but I’ve found that I’ve actually been doing more socialising via social media than any other time – the introvert in me is in a little bit of shock! There are lots of ways to connect despite feeling isolated at home: emails, texts, video chats, zoom get-togethers and even setting up a games/wine night with a few friend.
