What drains your cup?
Healthy habits that feed your soul and fill your cup are super important
BUT have you thought about what you should AVOID?
Take a moment to think about things that you do on a daily basis that may drain your cup and sap your energy.
Everyone has different answers but here are some of my energy suckers:
- Worrying about what other people think
- Not putting myself first
- Overthinking & overanalysing
- Not taking breaks
- Checking my phone too often
- Comparing myself to others
- Getting caught up in the emotions
- Forgetting to drink enough water
- Going to bed too late
Optimising your health isn’t an easy process. Sometimes it means having to give up what used to feel comfortable.
BUT the best part is …. You’ll feel SO much better on the other side
